What's included?

An introduction to the My Masala Guru product range followed by your first tasting.

Company Founder Daksha will demonstrate how to make the Gujarati style mixed vegetable filling using the MMG spicy pastes, you will then enjoy a second round of tasting.

Daksha will demonstrate how to make the samosa pastry and share her special technique for preparing them before showing you how to make the binding paste required for assembling the pastry and filling.

We will move onto our interactive session where you can either try to roll your own samosa pastry or get stuck into learning the art of folding, filling and sealing the perfect Gujarati samosa pastry.

Whilst the samosa is fried before your very eyes, relax & wait in anticipation to try the CRUNCH!

You can prepare a spicy dip using your favourite MMG flavours to accompany your freshly cooked samosa & ENJOY!

We’ll share our recipe by email so you have a long-lasting memory to help you become an expert!

What do I need to know?

Our products will be available to purchase throughout the class.

You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic/soft drinks to enjoy.

Aprons can be provided upon request and photography will be taking place throughout the evening.

MMG gift vouchers can be redeemed against the class.
